RETURNS POLICY

First, thanks very much for purchasing a Subrosa, Shadow & Rant products. We strive to make the best products possible, free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a problem we will always do our best to make it right!

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Must return in the original packaging unused and in the same condition you received it)

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

Print out your receipt and toss it in the box you’re returning.

Send back via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx to:

Refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the return. Only the original credit card or Paypal account used to purchase items will be refunded.

RETURNS DETAILS

Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there’s any loss or damage, please contact us immediately.

Refunds will only be issued to the original card or Paypal account in which your order was purchased.

To qualify for a refund, all products must be in their original, unaltered packaging, including boxes and labels.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return/exchange shipping costs to be paid by the purchaser.

Subrosa, Shadow & Rant will not take items returned in unsalable condition.

If this is the case, the refund amount will be reduced by 50% or more depending on the defect(s).

Returned clothing must be clean and unwashed.
